Sautéed Potatoes with Garden Onions and Bacon
Overview
Onions, spicy and juicy. Selected American smoked bacon, the natural spices during production bring a rich and unique flavor. The stir-frying of onions and bacon, the intertwining of two different flavors, is like a match made in heaven. The potato pieces are first boiled and then fried, with a perfect balance of crispy and soft, and get rid of the starchy and astringent taste. Philippe's imported olive oil from Italy harmoniously sublimates the unique flavors of onions, bacon and potatoes, giving it a refreshing fragrance.
