Onion pie
Overview
Spring onions are only on the market at this time of year. Some people asked me why I don’t use leeks. Leeks are available in all seasons, while spring onions are only available in this season. Add eggs and a little salt to spring onions. It is delicious without oil. You will never forget it after eating it. There are always some things that must appear at a specific time, just like spring spring onions. They are not available in other seasons. They only belong to spring

Freshly cut shallots must be cut in stubble, washed and dried
