Home-cooked dish: Pork slices with garlic sprouts
Overview
I have always missed the twice-cooked pork with garlic sprouts that I used to eat when I was a kid. It is stir-fried with freshly cooked pork belly. It is fragrant, spicy and delicious. But someone is not interested in twice-cooked pork. Although I can just make it for myself, but thinking about the difference in body shape between the two, I can only drool. . . . . . We have guests here today, haha, the twice-cooked pork with garlic sprouts is out~! Although it’s not pork belly, it’s still very fragrant, O(∩_∩)O haha~
