Sautéed Mushrooms with Red Pepper and Asparagus

Haven't updated for a long time. The weather has been hot recently and my appetite has dropped. Fortunately, I am secretly happy as I am determined to lose weight. No need to suppress your appetite... Boil the asparagus and mushrooms separately, drain them, and add red pepper to wake up your stomach! Just use the most basic seasonings, keep it simple.

Prepare the ingredients, wash them and set aside.

Cut the red pepper into sections, cut the asparagus into sections, peel and chop the garlic cloves.

Boil asparagus and mushrooms separately and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant.

Add red pepper segments and saute over medium heat until fragrant.

Add asparagus and mushrooms one after another and stir-fry until evenly mixed.

Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to taste, then add a small amount of MSG and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
