Banana black sesame chiffon cake
Overview
The banana hasn’t been solved yet, what’s next? I found a banana and black sesame chiffon cake in Feijuan’s book. The way this cake is made is really different from what I usually see. There is no sugar in the egg yolk paste, but there is an extra rum. I have never tried chiffon with wine. Unfortunately, no rum, white rum. How about changing it to brandy? The most unusual thing is the steps for making egg yolk paste. In the past, the order of preparation was egg yolks, sugar, milk, oil, and finally flour was added to form a batter. But this chiffon is made of banana, milk, oil, wine, flour, and finally egg yolk is added to make a batter. This makes people very curious. What is the significance of this order? What difference will there be in the finished chiffon? You won’t know until you try it. The banana chiffon with black sesame seeds has a unique fragrance, but the amount of bananas used is not large. When converted into a 6-inch round mold, only 30 grams of bananas are used, which is about 1/3. . . . Just eat the remaining bananas directly.
