Ingredients
Steps
-
Separate the eggs into two clean basins free of oil and water.
-
Add milk, corn oil, and 10g of sugar to the egg yolks, mix well, and fully emulsify.
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir evenly.
-
Mixed egg batter.
-
Add the sugar to the egg whites in three batches, and beat with a whisk until wet and foamy. Pull up the egg beater to form a large curved hook shape.
-
Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolks and mix or stir evenly.
-
Pour the egg whites back into the bowl and mix again using the stirring or cutting techniques to mix evenly.
-
Pour into a 28x28 gold plate lined with oilcloth (or oil paper). Use a plastic scraper to scrape evenly.
-
Shake it lightly a few times to release large bubbles, then place it in the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 165 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
Take it out of the oven, lift it with the oilcloth and slide it onto the grill, uncover the surrounding sides and let cool. Cover the surface with a piece of clean oil paper and turn it over. Remove the oilcloth.
-
Cut the cake into appropriate pieces.
-
Pour the chocolate into a small basin and heat over low heat until it melts. Place the cut pieces of cake into the popsicle sticks and roll them in the chocolate solution so that the cake is covered with chocolate. Just sprinkle some colorful needles on it and decorate it.
-
The yogurt is poured on the cake and sprinkled with cooked peanuts, which is also delicious.
-
After everything is done, put it in the refrigerator for an hour to make it taste even better! Done!
