Ham fried egg rice
Overview
I’ve wanted to eat fried rice for a long time. Today we finally have overnight dinner at home, let’s have a delicious ham and scrambled egg rice!

Add a little water and light soy sauce to the eggs and beat well. Dice cucumber, carrots and ham. Dice green onions, cilantro and celery.

Add two-thirds of the egg mixture.

Add carrots and stir-fry for 20 seconds.

Add other ingredients, add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry for one minute and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add rice and fry for a while.

Add the ingredients and sauté for a while.

Add onions, celery and coriander, and season with appropriate amount of light soy sauce for color.

Pour in the last third of the egg liquid and stir-fry over high heat.
