Peel and wash the loofah.

Cut with a knife.

Soak the squid tentacles in advance for more than half an hour, then wash and drain them and set aside.

Minced garlic, shredded ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the loofah and stir-fry over high heat.

Add a little salt and stir-fry while pouring in a little boiling water, so that the fried loofah will cook quickly and taste better.

Put the loofah on a plate first.

Add oil to the pot again, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
