Whole wheat black sesame cookies
Overview
The bran in whole wheat flour contains fiber with extremely high nutritional value and has a strong wheat flavor. Have materials ready.

After the unsalted butter has softened, add the sugar, salt, and vanilla extract and mix well.

Add the whole egg liquid in three batches, beating evenly each time before adding the next egg liquid.

Mix low-gluten flour and baking powder and sift into the butter paste, then add whole wheat flour and black sesame seeds.

Use a small spoon to take about 15 grams of batter, place it directly on the baking sheet, then dip the small spoon in cold water and lightly press the dough with the back of the spoon. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then lower the heat to 160 degrees and bake the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
