Wormwood omelette
Overview
Mugwort, harvested in this season, is a traditional Chinese medicine called Yinchen, which has the effect of nourishing the liver. Spring is the right time to nourish the liver. You can eat the mugwort you pick yourself when you come back and eat it however you want. I used it to make fried eggs today. It is full of the fragrance of mugwort and is delicious.
