Stir-fried minced pork with pickled beans

Peel and dice the pork belly, and dice homemade pickled beans and pickled peppers.

Add 1 tsp cooking wine, 0.5 tsp dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of white pepper, ginger powder, and a little salt to the diced meat and marinate for a few minutes. The salt is added according to the saltiness of the sour beans. If the beans are salty, you don’t need to add them.

Chop green onions, chili peppers, and pickled ginger.

Heat the pan and cool the oil.

Add onion, ginger and pepper.

When the aroma comes out, add the diced pork and stir-fry quickly.

The diced meat changes color.

Add the pickles.

Stir fry for about 1 minute.

Remove from the pan.
