Prepare one tomato, two pieces of soft tofu, and a handful of green vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, cut the soft tofu into pieces, wash the vegetables and set aside.

Boil a pot of water, add chopped tomatoes, appropriate amount of salt, oil, and soy sauce, and cook for three minutes.

Add the silken tofu cubes and cook for another three minutes.

During this period, you can prepare the gnocchi and pour an appropriate amount of flour into the basin.

Add an appropriate amount of water and stir evenly until the flour turns into many lumps! It is recommended to add water several times! This is easier to control. If you like to eat bigger, you can add more water.

Now you can pour the prepared green vegetables and gnocchi into the pot, and stir it to prevent the gnocchi from sticking together. Once the gnocchi are cooked, you can start the pot!
