Pumpkin toast
Overview
This season, my family especially likes to eat pumpkins, such as pumpkin porridge, pumpkin steamed buns, pumpkin dishes, etc. Because pumpkins are nutritious and delicious, eating them is good for the health of the family. Especially pumpkins have the effect of nourishing the stomach, which is especially suitable for my mother-in-law who has a weak stomach. Therefore, pumpkins appear very frequently on my family’s dining table. As someone who loves baking, baking delicacies using pumpkin as an ingredient is naturally indispensable. Today’s pumpkin toast is one. Pumpkin is added to the dough. The toast is particularly soft and has the sweetness of pumpkin. It is good whether it is eaten directly or made into a sandwich. It is also very delicious when made into a sandwich. The light taste can be paired with anything. The children like to use it to make sandwiches, while the mother-in-law likes the sliced toast to be in a semi-dry state, so that it is crispy in the mouth. I will just make two loaves of toast, anyone can do whatever they want, haha, be a good housewife!

Peel the steamed pumpkin and crush it into puree

Puree the pumpkin. Put rock sugar powder, milk powder, eggs, and salt into the bread bucket

Add flour and knead for 10 minutes, then add softened butter

Knead the dough to the expansion stage and you can pull out the glove film. The dough kneading program of my bread machine is 30 minutes, ending with the basic to extended stage

Cover with wet drawer cloth and ferment until about 2 times in size

Divide the fermented dough into two parts, then divide the remaining part into three parts, cover with a cloth and let it sit for about 10 minutes

Roll out the dough into a long strip and then roll it up

Place three small ones in a toast mold, roll out the other one and put it in a mold with a lid

Moisturize and ferment in the oven until doubled in size

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with upper and lower heat, then bake in the oven for 30 minutes

Unmold the baked toast immediately, let it cool and immediately wrap it in a plastic bag

Cool sliced toast, soft enough to roll as you like
