Overview
The time when cooking the eel must be controlled properly. Do not cook it for too long. Otherwise, if the eel is overcooked, the eel will lose its toughness

Wash the eel and cut it into sections

Cut the pepper into pieces and set aside

Peel the garlic scalp

After the oil pan is hot, put the garlic into the pan and stir it, then add the eel and fry for two minutes

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little soy sauce, a little salt, add 1 small bowl of water, put it into the pot and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes
