Garlic and egg fried rice
Overview
I cooked an extra portion of rice, so I used it to make fried egg rice. Our first egg fried rice this year was delicious. I had limited ingredients at home, so I fried it with garlic moss and carrots. Unexpectedly, it was also very flavorful.

Prepare all ingredients.

Separate the egg yolks, beat into the rice and mix until fluffy.

Heat oil in a pan, beat up the egg whites and stir-fry until solid.

Then cut the garlic moss into the pot.
