Soak the pork liver in water for half an hour

Put it into a cooking pot and add ginger slices, green onion knots, star anise, and Sichuan peppercorns

Add water, 15 ml of white wine, and a teaspoon of salt

Bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, simmer for fifteen minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes

Remove, let cool, slice into pieces and set aside
