Remove the leaves and stems of chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, but do not discard the leaves. You can use them for other dishes.

Cut into segments.

Cut sausage into slices.

Cut the red pepper into rings.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add the sausage and stir-fry the oil.
