Overview
To make the cooked oil used for mixing vegetables, put the peppercorns, aniseed, green onion segments, ginger slices, and onion strips into the heated oil, fry the above ingredients until they are dry, and when they cool down, it becomes the cooked oil.

Soak the tofu skin in water for 1 hour

Cut into shreds, wash twice and drain
