Cocoa Walnut Banana Muffins
Overview
In order to eliminate bananas at home, my favorite thing is to make muffins, which is convenient and quick. This time I added walnuts, which gives it a slightly bitter and crispy taste.

Fried walnut kernels and chopped

Banana pressed into puree

Add the egg liquid, oil and milk to the mashed banana and mix well

Add most of the walnut kernels and mix well

Sift in various powders and mix well, as long as there is no dry powder
