Soak the shelled mung beans in water for several hours, then steam them in a pot over water. Then use a food processor to add appropriate amount of water to make mung bean paste. Heat oil in a cold pan, pour in mung bean paste, and maltose. Stir until half dry and then add light cream and white sugar. Continue to stir-fry until it forms a ball. As shown in the picture.

Lift the pot. Let dry slightly. Knead the bean paste into 30g equal portions of dumplings

Press and shape with a mold. After unmoulding and placing, place in the refrigerator. It tastes better refrigerated. A very simple dessert
