Soak vermicelli in water till soft

Remove heads and devein the shrimp

Cut the back of the shrimp and make several cuts lengthwise as shown in the picture without cutting. (To prevent the shrimp from bending and deforming during steaming)

Cut out minced garlic

Fry in oil until light golden brown

Fried minced garlic, add soy sauce, a little salt

Spread the soaked vermicelli flatly on the plate

The prepared shrimps are placed on top of the vermicelli

If you want the garlic to be more fragrant, you can also add raw garlic paste to the fried garlic sauce, pour it into the plate and steam it until cooked. Or leave half of it to steam before pouring it over.
