Sausage Provence Ratatouille
Overview
Juju doesn’t often eat sausages, because I think the sausages made with a bunch of additives that can be bought in ordinary supermarkets taste bad and are unhealthy. The last time I went to Germany, I tasted the original and healthy-looking handmade sausages and I haven’t forgotten them ever since. In the past two days, I found German-made sausages in the supermarket and immediately bought them. Although they are not handmade, they are still much more delicious than ordinary sausages. Juju combines the French Provence chowder method, with various vegetables and grilled sausages. It is not only delicious and nutritious, but also super rich~!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut various vegetables into small pieces of about 1cm in length. (juju uses halved small tomatoes instead, and juju omits zucchini, but it is recommended that you put in zucchini as much as possible, the taste will be better)
-
Add 60ml olive oil (about 3-4 less)
-
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add some Provence herb leaves, and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
-
Pour 20ml olive oil into the pan
-
Fry the sausage over medium heat until the surface of the sausage is browned (it is best to choose high-quality sausage, if it is German style, it is best~)
-
After the vegetables are roasted for 40 minutes, add the sausage you just fried and continue roasting for 15 minutes.
