Blanched Asparagus
Overview
The best way to make asparagus, in my opinion, is this. I like boiled vegetables, such as lettuce, kale, vegetable cores, and asparagus. After blanching in boiling water, add a simple sauce. The process is not complicated and does not take too much time. It retains the original fresh taste, umami, nutrition, and safety of the vegetables to achieve the best balance. It seems simple but can give you the best taste.
