I used to buy stewed dumplings if I didn't know how to make them. But later I learned how to make them, and I realized that the ones I made were a hundred times more delicious than the ones I bought. They didn't have any added elasticity, and were made. It is very simple to make, but it is not easy to succeed. Not all sweet potato starch can be used to make stews. You must choose the one with high purity and high viscosity. Otherwise, it will not only stick to the pan but also fail to cook well when frying. When you eat it, it will be a mess in your mouth. Dissolve sweet potato starch with 250g of water and stir evenly until it becomes fluid.

Pour the remaining 550g of water into a non-stick milk pot and bring to a boil. Slowly pour the sweet potato starch into the pot, stirring constantly.
