Milky card flower
Overview
Card flower is a type of handmade pasta in Shandong. Wood is hand-carved into molds of various flower shapes and small animals. The fermented dough is pressed into various flowers and small animals with molds, and then baked in a large pot. I remember when I was a child, my grandma would make it for us during the Chinese New Year. The freshly baked kahua was fragrant and sweet. When you take a bite, the mellow milk aroma blends with the light sweetness. Together with the crispy outer layer and soft inner layer, it is very sweet. It was the most delicious snack when I was a kid, and now it still tastes like my childhood.

Power on the electric baking pan to preheat, and place the cards neatly one by one. Don't place them too densely, but leave a certain amount of space, because the size of the cards will increase after heating. (You can also bake it in the oven).

Anyway, sear both sides of the electric baking pan for 7 or 8 minutes until the surface turns yellow and it is ready to be cooked. Or use the oven at 180 degrees, medium-high heat, and bake for 15 minutes.
