Choose 3 evenly shaped potatoes

Use chopsticks to cut into 0.3 cm thick slices. Do not break the bottom. The cut will look like an organ. The bottom is connected and the top can be pulled apart

Wrap it in tin foil to keep it moist

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes

Use Korean chili paste mixed with a little oil

After the potatoes are roasted, let them cool for a while and then insert them into slices of ham. Take your time and work carefully
