Speaking of dry pot dishes, people will always salivate! Occasionally, I take the time to make such a strong-flavored dry pot pork ribs for my family. Do you feel ecstatic when you see your family eating it with gusto?

Blanch the purchased ribs in boiling water and then wash them with clean water.

Put it into the pot, turn on medium-low heat and stir-fry the water.

Pour in appropriate amount of vegetable oil and stir-fry.

Fry until golden brown, turn off heat and take out.

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into pieces, soak in water for about ten minutes and drain.

Put into the pan with fried pork ribs.

Fry until golden brown and take out.

Wash and cut onions and dried red peppers into cubes and set aside. Wash and drain the aniseed.

Put the bean paste into a pot with some oil and sauté until fragrant.

Add aniseed, scallions, and dried red pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Add tempeh.

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry for five to six minutes. (Use medium to low heat)

Add the onions and potato strips and continue to stir-fry for about three to four minutes before turning off the heat.
