Overview
People in the north like this dish. Beans and noodles are the main characters, and you can play freely with the rest. I personally like tomatoes. Tomatoes make it taste better. If you don’t believe me, give it a try.

Prepare a small amount of beans and tomatoes.

Break the beans into 2-3 cm long strips with your hands, and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Thin noodles bought at the supermarket.

Pepper water.

Soak the dried fungus in warm water.

Onions, ginger, garlic.

Cut the mutton into slices, add cooking wine and pepper, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add oil to the wok, sauté the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add the mutton and stir-fry for a short time. As soon as the color changes, pour in the light soy sauce and pepper water.
