Sister-in-law Jin’s Tofu and Crab Pot
Overview
I just bought a pan from Mrs. Jin and tried it out. It turns out that it is non-stick, smoke-free, and has good sealing properties. The cooked dishes are very delicious. The main reason is that this pan is very affordable. Hee hee hee, don’t think that my family sells this pan. It’s really easy to use and I would like to introduce it to everyone.

Prepare a pan. I just bought a Jinsaozi pan a few days ago. My mother burned it and said it worked very well. Today I also used Jinsaozi’s pan to cook the white crab and tofu stew

Cut the white crab in half and prepare

Cook for a while, add tofu, bring to a boil over high heat, season, taste the soup, and adjust the saltiness according to your taste.

Next, the tofu and crab are simmered on low heat for twenty minutes in my "Jin sister-in-law pan".
