Add 10 grams of sugar and 5 grams of dry yeast to 500 grams of flour.

Add water and knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place.

Powder black sesame seeds, add brown sugar and sesame oil and mix well.

Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

Take out the deflated dough and roll it into a rectangular shape.

Sprinkle a layer of black sesame filling evenly on top.

Fold up from the bottom edge.

Cut into small uniform pieces.

Stack the two pots on top of each other and press the middle with chopsticks.

Hold both ends with both hands, twist them 90 degrees in opposite directions and tighten them downwards.

Make all the dough in sequence. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 20 minutes.

Pour cold water into the pot, steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then remove from the pot.
