Steps
-
Put the medium flour, salt, eggs, yeast powder, water, and olive oil into the bread machine and start a dough kneading program.
-
Set the dough aside, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 40 minutes to ferment.
-
The fermented dough is about twice as big as the original dough.
-
Divide the fermented dough into two portions.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it out flat.
-
Roll out into a crust slightly larger than an 8-inch pizza pan.
-
Spread the crust in the pizza pan, flatten it evenly and make holes with a fork. Preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
-
While the base is baking, prepare the pizza toppings.
-
Blanch carrots and corn.
-
Cut the bacon into small pieces and stir-fry until cooked.
-
Let the baked pie base cool and prepare the fillings.
-
First mix tomato sauce and pizza sauce and brush it on the bottom of the pie.
-
Then spread the mozzarella cheese (forgot to take a picture), and then spread the fillings such as bacon, corn kernels and ham sausage.
-
After spreading the filling, pour some tomato sauce and then spread a layer of mozzarella cheese. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
