Loofah powder
Overview
The loofah is smooth, the vermicelli is smooth, slightly spicy and sweet, and has both meat and vegetables.

long loofah, peel, remove both ends, cut into relatively uniform lengths with a straight or diagonal knife;

Put the steamer on steam, add 3 teaspoons of chopped chili sauce on the vermicelli and put it on the plate;

Cover and steam for 15 minutes (10 minutes should be enough);

Take it out immediately after turning off the heat (simmering for a long time will affect the color and shape of the dish).

Pour steamed water into a pot and bring to a boil, add 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce;
