Ingredients
Steps
-
Use a knife to score cross patterns on the top of the tomatoes, boil them in boiling water for one minute, take them out and let them cool to remove the skin.
-
Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces and set aside
-
I used the thicker middle part of the pangasius for frying, so only the smaller parts of the head and tail were left and cut into small pieces.
-
Add the chopped fish pieces to the cooking wine, salt and black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.
-
Blanch in a pot under boiling water until medium cooked.
-
Heat oil in wok and stir-fry tomato cubes.
-
Stir-fry the tomatoes until they turn into soup, then add a tablespoon of tomato paste and stir-fry evenly. Tomato paste is added to make the soup taste richer.
-
Add pangasius fish pieces
-
Add a little salt and mix well. After boiling the pot again, add two tablespoons of water starch and reduce the juice over high heat.
-
After taking it out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir it before eating. It is sweet and sour and delicious.
