Mince or mince pork, mince onion, ginger, garlic and chili

Heat a little oil in a pan, add meat and chopped onion, ginger, garlic and chili, stir-fry

Add soybean paste, water and salt and stir-fry. You can cover the lid and simmer for a while, or you can stir-fry all the time until the meat is cooked. It usually takes three to five minutes

When done, put it into a small bowl

If you can’t finish it, let it cool and seal it in the refrigerator
