My family always makes Chinese New Year cold dishes at home. It’s cheap to buy raw pig heart and you can make it yourself without worry. It’s really delicious when mixed like this!

Rinse the pig heart

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and prepare the aniseed ingredients

Boil the pig heart in cold water. After the water boils, take it out and wash it

Then put it in a pressure cooker, add cooking wine, green onions, ginger, aniseed, peppercorns, and a little salt (don’t add too much salt at one time, because it will be cooled later) and water

Cover and cook (the pressure time of each pressure cooker is different, so you can control the time yourself)

Remove and drain, wash the coriander

Cut the cooked pork heart in half, then cut into thin slices with a knife

Add peanuts, chili oil, sesame oil (you can omit it if you don’t have it)

Add light soy sauce, mature vinegar and a little sesame oil and stir evenly
