Overview
Salt-baked chicken is a well-known Hakka dish. You can’t see salt-baked chicken noodles in the north. I went to Shunde for a sneak peek at the supermarket. Foodies cannot go to the supermarket without eating. I found salt-baked chicken noodles. I bought some and brought them back to make a famous Hakka dish.
