Listen to my story - dried pepper water spinach
Overview
Mom is a romantic. When I was a kid, my neighbor planted a few daylilies. When the flowers bloomed, the leaves were graceful and the flowers were graceful. I sighed, such beautiful flowers are actually a dish! Mom said, there is nothing better than this! She said that when she was a child, her grandma’s house grew many vegetables, including spinach, water spinach, lettuce, eggplants, beans, tomatoes. The most beautiful flowers are those of water spinach! So I made a note of it, and I wanted to see the water spinach bloom, but I haven't seen it until now. Posting a recipe today, I searched online on a whim and found out that this is what water spinach flowers look like! Like morning lily, it is white and beautiful, but it is still a bit inferior to day lily! I think my mother misses her beauty more than her memories!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Select clean water spinach and separate the stems and leaves after cleaning (you can remove all the front leaves and thin stems)
-
After cleaning, cut the rod into sections
-
Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pan and heat
-
When the oil is five minutes hot, break open the dried chili peppers and fry over low heat for about 20 seconds (do not add it when the oil is overheated, as it will burn the chili peppers)
-
When the dried peppers are fragrant, add water spinach stalks, add an appropriate amount of peppercorns, and stir-fry for 3 minutes
-
When the stems are almost cooked, add the leaves and continue to stir-fry for 15 seconds
-
Add appropriate amount of salt and it is ready to serve
-
It tastes salty and goes very well with rice!
-
The lighting in the room is not good, but it actually looks very good!
