Stir-fry the glutinous rice, cinnamon and star anise over low heat in a pot without water or oil

Rinse the blood from the pork ribs, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, a little salt, sugar, ginger slices, green onions and mix well

Add to the pork ribs and mix well

Don't make it too dry. Mix the glutinous rice evenly with the sauce and marinate it for more than three hours
