  1. To prepare ingredients, I only used noodles and kelp here.

  2. There are also small meatballs here, usually made from seafood, such as beef balls, pork balls, etc. It feels like they are not from the same country 😂😂. In particular, the most common types of Japanese ramen are famous rolls and crab sticks. They can usually be found in Aeon or larger supermarkets, but the dosage is not much. You can use it several times after buying it (unless you really like this and eat it all at once). Of course, don’t use it if you can’t find it.

  3. I used bean sprouts for today’s dish. If I put a green vegetable on the side, it would feel weird. I won’t show the picture of what the bean sprouts look like. First, boil water, add some salt and chicken powder, blanch the bean sprouts and spread them under the plate.

  4. Just cook the noodles again. Once cooked, put the bean sprouts on top.

  5. Pour away the water, bring a small pot of water back to boil, add the small meatballs and cook. Cook until the pellets float, then put the soaked and washed kelp into the pot. When the water boiled again, I poured all the famous rolls, crab sticks, and corn kernels into the pot, and then opened the seasoning packet for the ramen and poured it in. After the water boils again, you can scoop it up and place it on top of the noodles, then peel off the oil packets prepared with the ramen noodles and sprinkle it on the noodles.
