Stir-fried broad beans with white flowers
Overview
White flowers are a kind of flower that grows in the deep mountains of Yunnan. They look like cuckoos. But not a cuckoo. I also went to Baidu to look up fried broad beans with white flowers. This dish is not very common. Rhododendron, like bracken, can only be eaten if you go to the mountains to pick it, and you cannot cultivate it yourself. When people in the mountains go out to pick tea or do farm work, they will encounter bracken and white flowers. When they go home, they pick some and cook them with broad beans. After a hard day's work, they have dinner. Although it is not rich, it is absolutely original and healthy. And it’s something that even city dwellers can’t eat. And I found that broad beans and mountain grass wild vegetables are really versatile, such as braised broad beans with bracken, braised broad beans with white flowers, braised broad beans with pickles, etc.
