Ahhhh, during the weight loss period, I really want to eat! So, I made myself a curry beef cheese rice, which was super delicious, and paired it with a glass of lemon water. My friends and I were so full that we felt lighter in three days!

  1. Prepare according to the type and weight of the ingredients.
