Honey bean mochi buns
Overview
Making mochi buns is very simple. It takes about 7 or 8 minutes to make the dough and bake it in the oven. It can be made directly into the original flavor, or you can make different flavors of mochi buns by adding different ingredients. I have made chive mochi buns before, which are salty and sweet. What I bring to you today is the meaningful mochi buns. This amount can make 11 mochi buns.

Put the eggs into a bowl and add corn oil

Add water

Add caster sugar

Use an electric whisk to beat for about 20 seconds

Sift the premixed powder into it

Use an electric whisk to mix for 1-2 minutes

Then use a spatula to mix it into a soft dough

Wear disposable gloves and apply oil, divide the dough into 20g portions, flatten the dough, and add about 5g of honey red beans

Close the mouth and round it

Place it on the non-stick baking pan that comes with the Dongling K40C oven. Don’t worry too much about whether it is round or not

Put it into the middle and lower rack of the oven that has been preheated to 170 degrees and bake for about 21 minutes
