Add sugar for the third time and beat until dry peaks form

Take 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste and mix evenly

Pour into the mold, smooth the surface, and shake twice to release any air bubbles inside. Place in preheated oven. 130 for upper heat, 110 for lower heat, 60 minutes
