Passion fruit pound cake

Now is a good season for tasting passion fruit. Before the season is over, I bought two to make pound cakes. They are full of fruity flavor, soft and have a great texture. It’s so delicious that you won’t recognize your relatives😜😜

Materials required.

After softening the butter at room temperature, add the sugar and mix well. Use an electric mixer to beat the butter until it becomes fluffy.

After whipping the butter, add the egg liquid three or four times and mix evenly. (Each time you add the egg liquid, beat it evenly before adding it a second time.)

The butter and eggs are in a well-beaten state and the volume has increased.

Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix well.

Add passion fruit gravy and mix well.

Pour the mixed cake batter into the cake mold and smooth it out. (Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance)

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
