Wash the Beijing cabbage with a razor blade and set aside

Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, chicken essence, garlic powder, water and starch into a bowl of juice and set aside

Heat the pan, pour in the base oil over low heat and sauté the dried chili until fragrant, turn up the heat, add the cabbage and stir-fry until there is no excess water on the surface. Pour in the prepared bowl sauce, cover and turn to medium to low heat
