Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare an 8-inch cake base in advance, cover it evenly with frosting sugar and smooth it out, then put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours. Take a small bowl, mix the gelatine powder and water evenly and let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes.
-
Put water, corn syrup, and sugar into the pot and stir evenly
-
Place on the stove and cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely melted and transparent, then turn off the heat.
-
Add soaked gelatine powder and condensed milk, stir evenly.
-
Break up the white chocolate and place in a large bowl.
-
Pour the evenly stirred syrup into a large bowl with white chocolate, leave it for 2 to 3 minutes until the chocolate softens, then beat the mixture evenly with an electric whisk.
-
Strain the mixture and divide between 5 bowls, 2 bowls of more and 3 bowls of less.
-
Add pigments to make five colors: black blue, dark blue, light blue, purple, and pink. Black blue and dark blue are the most abundant.
-
Pour the dark blue into the black and blue bowl, stir twice until the two colors are mixed, do not stir evenly.
-
Lift the cake out onto a bowl and place the bowl on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Slowly pour the black blue and dark blue mixed syrup onto the cake so that the syrup evenly covers the entire cake. Then use a spoon to pour an appropriate amount of light blue, purple, and pink syrup on the cake, with random lines.
-
Use the cake hanger to lightly smooth the surface so that the texture blends into a galaxy shape.
-
Dip the brush into silver powder and flick the brush head to sprinkle the silver powder on the cake. Then mix the white pigment with an appropriate amount of water, and use the same method of gently brushing the brush head to sprinkle white dots on the cake as stars. Let it sit until the cake is completely dry.
