Super Q Pork Skin Jelly
Overview
Many friends have made soy milk machine pork skin jelly before, but I have never tried it because I am afraid of the bad taste, so I have always steamed it according to the proportion taught by my mother. It is really time-consuming! This time I used a broken-wall soy milk machine to make it not only as white as jade, but also super Q, full of collagen!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the meat skin into water, add cooking wine and ginger slices and cook for about 10 minutes.
-
Remove and scrape off the grease with a knife.
-
Boil in water again until translucent. During this period, you can check to see if the grease is completely scraped. If not, scrape again and cut into small strips.
-
Take 150g of pork skin and 1100ml of water and put it into the broken-wall soymilk machine. Use the grain function to beat until cooked. One program is enough.
-
Pour it out and add a small amount of salt, mix well, skim off the foam, let it dry for a while, pour it into a mold, cool it completely and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
-
Once refrigerated and solidified, you can take it out and slice it for cooling. Press the garlic into a puree, add salt and water to dissolve, add a small amount of light soy sauce and vinegar, a little sesame oil, add red pepper for color, and pour the sauce.
