Process the garlic sprouts first. Boil water in a pot, wash the garlic sprouts, blanch them for 1 minute, take them out and let them cool.

The cooked garlic sprouts can be easily torn into two long strips, dried tofu, ham cut into strips, and enoki mushrooms are ready.

Take a garlic sprout, put some enoki mushrooms, ham and dried tofu, whichever you like to eat longer, it’s up to you.

Wrap and tie with garlic sprouts.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the baking sheet on the middle shelf, and bake for 10 minutes on top and bottom heat.
