Remove the stems of the tea tree mushrooms and cut them into small sections of equal length. Remove the stems of the snow peas, wash them and cut them in half diagonally. Remove the leaves and stems of the parsley and cut them into sections. Wash the red peppers and cut them diagonally into sections. Prepare the ginger and garlic slices.

Add water to the wok and blanch the snow peas.

Remove and drain.

Prepare a small bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch and stir together to make a sauce. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
