Stir-fried pork slices with mushrooms

Today I wanted to stir-fry pork slices with mushrooms, but when I saw a carrot in the refrigerator, I decided to stir-fry them together, which not only makes the nutrition more comprehensive, but also increases the color combination!

Slice mushrooms and carrots.

Slice the lean meat, add starch and mix well.

Heat the pan with cold oil and cook the meat slices until cooked.

Leave oil in the pot, sauté garlic slices, add carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry for a while, add water and simmer until cooked.

Finally add the meat slices, season with salt, oyster sauce and white pepper, and sprinkle with scallions.
